The testimonies you’ll find in this section have been collected after people — often LEO lecturers, sometimes TT faculty, sometimes students — deliver them to the Administration bargaining team on Fridays, the Regents Meetings, and/or LEO press events.

If you browse through them, you’ll find stories of things like trying to survive on lecturer salaries, the financial and health costs of unstable appointments (such as falling in and out of benefits eligibility), the difficulty of maintaining teaching excellence under poor working conditions, as well as tales of lecturers’ invaluable contributions to students’ lives, to the work of the University, and all manner of other things.
